Definitions:

1. Database: A collection of data on a server, submitted by User, that contains in this case information about real estate properties, clients and company information to perform a service that allows to manage real estate business details online.

2. Producer: The hosting company and makers/designers of the Database and websites connected to the Database, Sonrisa Yachting S.L. CIF: B-35743947, see Legal Information for more details.

3. User: Any company or individual that is using our Database and/or our website(s) by managing clients and/or properties.

Producer:

Producer declares that the data stored in the database that is submitted by the User will be strictly confidential. Producer declares not to use any kind of information that beloungs to the User for any purposes other then offering this database service.

Producer is obligated to perform everything what is in his capability to maintain the function and connectivity of the database and the websites connected with the database.

User:

User is obligated to use the Database to the best of one's knowledge, with accurate and up-to-date information. It is not allowed to use the Database for promotional activities of any kind of goods or businesses, other then Real Estate.

Disclaimer:

By using the Database, User accepts explicitely to indemnify the Producer against any claims or consequences caused by malfunction, inaccuracy or unavailability of the database and/or websites connected with the database.

User can in no way hold the Producer and/or his co-workers liable for the consequences of any inaccuracies in the information that is supplied on the websites or in the database hosted or managed by Sonrisa Yachting S.L., or for the consequences of the unavailability of the information on the websites at any moment.

User can neither hold the Producer and/or his co-workers liable for the consequences of lost of data caused by any kind of failure or caused by connection problems.

Producer is in no way liable for the lost, multiplication and/or unavailability of data, information and website(s) caused by hackers or (internet) thieves.
